I believe 50 lbs is about average for 3 months out. After 3 months, things
will start to slow down a bit. Don't let it bother you, as it is very
normal!
Congrats!

I took me longer to lose 50lbs, so you are doing great! I began very slowly
and then, BAM, it just came off and I met goal in 9.5 months. I had 110 lbs
to lose..I have since lost more and am trying to stop losing...wish me
luck! Best of luck to you! hugs<kim

That seems to be about normal. But I cant tell you (I am 16 months post
op) that I lost weight until about 14 months post op. I guess it depends
on how much you need to lose. I was at 318 on surgery day and now I am 165
pounds as this morning. So good luck to you sounds like your doing fine.
Enjoy this time, because its only going to get better!!

You are at about average - some it takes a little longer to lose 50 lbs,
for some it goes a little faster. That's probably why your surgeon
couldn't give you an exact answer, but they will definitely tell you if you
are not on track, and most likely request extra testing to check your
bloodwork. I'm 2 1/2 months out and I've lost about 55 to date.
