I liked it very much, I just wish it came out more frequently. It is a little pricey, but I look at it this way...I get so much out of OH.com that the magazine is a small price to pay. Kimberly

I agree with the previous posting. I love the magazine and look forward to it. We need these things to keep us alert and have a sense of support. I think it's worth every penny. I read it from cover to cover.

I'm going to disagree with the previous two posts and say that I do not think it is a good value for the money. It comes to you very infrequently, if at all.

I agree. I don't think it is worth the money spent on it. There is so much better information on line, in yahoo groups, and in other fitness magazines. Janet

I bought it several months ago and got my first issue a few weeks ago. I have mixed emotions about it so far. I think its a good value but I wish they would have more articles because the issue I had contained more ads for products then medical advice and personal stories. Dont get me wrong I like the product ads because it gives me ideas of stuff to try but I already kinda get that from the posts on this website as well as another bariatric group I belong to online. I would suggest buying the 6 issue deal for 1 year which is only 19.95 then if you like it you can always renew.

Have you check out WLSLifestyles.com, This is a good magazine. You can go to the web site and read most of the articles on line, if you do not want to purchase it. Sign up and get month emails. I have not check out Obestiy help. Karen

I get both OH magazine and the one from WLSLifestyles and the OH magazine seems to be more patient influenced and the other one more clinical. It would be nice to have a combo of both. I prefer the WLS mag the best of the two.
