Question:
how do I change my BMI for what I am now

I don't know if you can change your BMI but if you go to your "my account" and go to "general information" you can change your weight there and it will recalculate it for you.

Trinitiy is right; Log in to your Account here, go to My Account at the very top of the webpage. Go to All About Me, General Information. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and update your height/weight, then click Save. It will change your BMI in your Profile.
