If you are talking about post surgery, yes. I had several of them and freaked enough to go have them checked. They gave me heparin shots in my stomach while in the hospital. The places you are talking about were blood clots at the needle sites and were not to be worried about. It took several weeks for them to disolve on their own. Worrisome if you don't know what they are. Hope you are doing well. Blessings, Norma

Yes I experienced that as well. My doctor told me that it was stitches from my wls. They will eventually go away. So there is nothing to worry about.

I have a place like you describe just to the right of my bellybutton. Sometimes it is firm and sometimes it seems to get softer and less prominent. My surgeon says it is most likely a hernia that is related to a previous c-section. He also says that if it's not causing me any pain, I should wait to have it repaired after I finish all my weight loss. Then he will repair the hernia and remove the excess skin all at the same time and insurance will pay for it.

you need to go to the surgeon it could be nothing but it could be a clot clot or a hernia if it is a hernia it may do nothing but it can also cause a strangulated bowel and that is very serious. Could have nothing to do with the surgery and be a benign growth or a tumer, I would alway see my doctor for any lump no matter where it is, better safe than sorry

When I'm gaining weight I get the Hardball section but when I'm losing my belly and the spot get very soft. It's sort of a warning from my body I'm eating wrongly and gaining.
