WELL FIRST OFF,CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR BUNDLE OF JOY TO COME I REALLY DON'T
HAVE ANY ADVICE TO GIVE YOU OTHER THAN I WAS TOLD BY MY SURGEON NOT TO GET
PREGNANT FOR AT LEAST ONE YEAR ,THAT BEING SAID IF YOUR DOCTOR THINKS
YOU'RE FINE THAN I WOULDN'T WORRY ABOUT IT,JUST FOCUS ON BEING HEALTHY FOR
THE BABY,AND AGAIN CONGRATULATIONS!!

First off, congratulations! I don't know much about your situation but I
can offer a few suggestions: see your surgeon immediately! Your baby
shouldn't be at any risk because it's going to take all the nutrients it
wants from you whether you like it or not. lol. But you need to be
concerned with YOU. A nut could be extremely helpful right now.
Personally, if it were me, I would also see a high-risk obgyn too. Also,
try visiting the post-op pregnancy board on OH. You aren't the only one to
experience this! I'm sure some women there can give you some more detailed
advice. Take care!

We have had several women in our group who became pregnant early in their
post-operative lives. It is critical to work in conjunction with your
bariatric surgeon and your OB/GYN because your baby will need particular
attention for nutrition.

Call your surgeon's office immediately!! There are things that you'll have
to change in your diet to accomadate the baby taking all your nutrition...
