Has anyone gone out of net work with HMO health Net in sourthern California?

I did. I used the PPO portion of my Health Net. I didn't want to wait for approvals. It cost more out of pocket, but I couldn't be happier. It's the best decision I've made, other than having my 2 children. Good luck to you.

Before going out of network - check your policy first. MOST HMO's do NOT have coverage if you go out of network.
