Question:
Is there anywhere on this site that has post op recipes

I am particularly interested in getting smoothie recipes, and some other ones for the protein we need to get in for each day. I have looked around on the site, but, I can't find anything. Thanks so much for your help!    — Carol D. (posted on August 9, 2002)

Do a library search for "recipe" and "protein". I just did that and came up with a ton of answers to your question.
