I doubt that you ruined your diet, but when I did the 2 week pre-op diet I had 3 shakes. The diet is done to clean out your liver I believe or another organ. Also it is done to free some space down there to do the surgery.

I'm sure you didn't ruin your diet if you ate just one. The reason for the preop diet is to shrink the liver. The liver sits on your intestines and the smaller it is the easier for the surgeon. I know what you mean about being hungry. I found sometimes that I just drank water if I felt hunger. Water never hurts.

The other posters gave you good info. Sugar-free jellos are pretty much worthless. Popsicles? How much SUGAR is in them? 1 soup? What KIND OF SOUP? Is it a thin, watery type soup? Is it one full of all kinds of vegetables including potatoes and meats? How many calories. Yogurts(s)?????? How MANY yogurts? How many calories? What is the protein content? Not all yogurts are the same. Some have protein of only 3 grams. Others get a whopping 6 grams. But, some get 14 grams. Yes, you do need to shrink your liver so that the surgeon will have more room to do his or her fine handiwork giving you a pouch. What is your WATER CONSUMPTION? Or, is it simply that your brain is telling you, you are hungry? When you posted, did you really think that what you did was what you were supposed to be doing? Your water consumption should be a minimum of 64 ounces. Have a third protein drink. And, is the protein drink 6 grams of protein? 25 grams? 50 grams? When you get the hungries, go for a walk for 30 minutes. When you get the hungries, drink 8 ounces of water and then go for a 30 minute walk. After you get back home, again before you decide to feast on another protein drink, more yogurt sugary popsicycles, or watery worthless soup, drink another 8 ounces of water. Then, wait 30 more minutes for your stomach to adjust to the water. If you are still hungry, have another protein drink. And, by protein drink, DO NOT BE DRINKING THE LIQUID PROTEIN DRINKS. Again, check the protein content on the containers. It should be 100% whey protein isolate and in powder form, which you mix with 1/2 cup water. The protein should be 50 grams each serving. Check your container: most of those "diet" protein drinks are lucky if they have 6 - 10 grams of below-standard protein. Isopure -- available at Vitamin Shoppe (vitaminshoppe.com), Unjury.com is another resource. Also know that protein degrades after 30 minutes of being liquified. If after all this, you remain really hungry and it is not brain hunger where you are fooling yourself so that you can continue to remain morbidly obese, then, boil an egg and eat that. These choices, in my opinion, are so much better than sugar-free jello which has no benefit for you or even sugared jello which also has no benefit for you, and sugared popcicycles -- whatever are they for except for brain hunber? I know you really do want to have this surgery otherwise, you wouldn't be considering this life-changing and completely altering option. But, recognize the significance of having a 50% malabsorption rate for the REST OF YOUR LIFETIME, which requires you to have DOUBLE the normal dosage of vitamins, and the requirement for the rest of your lifetime to have your medications always in LIQUID FORM. Why? Unless Jesus gives you new intestines (with this surgery, you will be removing 80% of your smmall intestines and it is the small intestines which are vital for normal absorption), you will always face the realization that you will be malabsorptive for the rest of your lifetime.
