Your stomach has stretched out some. It is normal. If you haven't lost
any weight in 2 months, perhaps you are losing inches. That won't show up
on the scale, so measure yourself and keep track that way. Try the cottage
cheese test to see how much your pouch really holds. Fill it to 8 oz, eat
until you are satisfied, not full or stuffed and that should give you a
clue as to how much you are able to eat. Again, some stretching is normal.
You will be able to hold about 8 oz of food after 18-24 months.

I lost most of my weight in the second year. And you can shrink your pouch
by going back to the post op diet a few days full liquids.

I too am just 1 year out and have stalled. I notice my pants fitting more
loosely. I just joined a gym and am amazed at what I can do now. I guess
I have thought that I didn't put it on in one year and it all isn't going
to come off in one year. Congratulations to you, we will get there!

You will find that after the first year it all changes. You must put in
more effort to choosing the right portion and the right food. You should
not count on feeling full to tell you when to stop eating. Meet with a
dietitian and set up and eating plan. Then stick to it. I don't get full as
fast but I also don't get really hungry like before so sticking to a plan
is so much easier.
