Question:
has anyone gained weight after 4-5yrs out?

I had RNY 9/03 and lost 108 lb. I slowing stopped the daily exercise and then started eating "bad" things again. It was VERY hard, but I went back to my surgeon, confessed my sins and together we came up with a plan. He put me on BONTRIL which worked to some degree; meanwhile, we scheduled a revision which I had done 10/08. I had gotten back up to 197 and REFUSED to go over 200 lbs again. Since the revision, I'm down to 152 and struggle to keep it there because I'm still not PERFECT in my habits. But I am worth all the effort; and so are you! BTW; each surgery for me was full cash up front; no insurance help. Even if insurance paid the first time, my understanding is that they don't pay for revisions.
