I have a generic whey isolate protein I use, and commonly mix it with SF
Jello pudding, mixed with non fat milk. I divide the batch into 1/2 cup
servings, adding 25 gr of protein. Flavors of SF puddings include
pistachio, and you could add a little more non fat milk and blend it for a
shake consistency. But I like eating it with a spoon. Protein is noted on
my profile page. The SF Jello pistachio instant pudding has small bits of
pistachio in it too. The first time I made it, I thought I was mixing it in
a dirty bowl--I picked out the "speck" and then found several
more. It was bits of pistachio nuts. DAVE

I start with a cup of cottage cheese which I whip smooth in a mini food
processeor til super smooth. Or use ricotta if you are not lactose
intolerant...I am but I LOVE the taste of the ricotta so much more...(It
does not like me!:::Sniffles::: But cottage cheese is good too! Has a
little saltier taste. Then I add about a 1/2 C lactaid or soymilk (or reg
milk if you want)
Then just hand fold a container of coolwhip for a nice creamy fluffy snack!
It works well with all the flavors!
Here are some suggestions that I tried thru experiment! AND LOVE!!!! SF
cream cheese flavor/top with pureed or chopped strawberries and vanilla
yogurt on top! YUM!
SF butterscotch with a small can of Libby's pumpkin Top with cool whip and
a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg! YUM!!!
SF Banana with mashed banana's top with SF chocolate syrup! YUM! LOL
SF Chocolate with half a sliced banana is good too and a drizzle of SF
DAvinci Raspberry Syrup YUM!
4th of July I made the SF cream cheese and layered with blueberries and
strawberries for red white and blue! WAS delicious! For the plain vanilla
you can add any SF syrups for different flavors and just experiment!
ENJOY! And share any cool ones you come up with! ALSO you can add more
protein with protein powder (not my idea of yum) But it would work! LOL
Or sprinkle TVP for a crunchy protein topping (TVP is Textured Veggie
Protein) It's wonderful stuff! A must have in my pantry!

Here's two ideas I have NOT tested and tried and while on paper it sounds
good...Ya never know! But...Try the SF Vanilla, add orange extract for
flavor, and a small can of mandarin oranges (in juice, not syrup) Sounds
kinda Dreamsicle! Or Vanilla with Rum extract and pureed pineapples!
Might be good too!

I just usually add about one tablespoon of my favorite flavor of Ensure or
one of the slimfast shots.
