How do I post a before and after pic on this site? 240/133/110

Looks like they are reformatting the OH site and at this time I cannot find
the link to posting Before and After photos...I do know that you have to
email two photos (before and after) to OH Help and they crop and post them
for you. Pick two photos similar in nature, so the dramitic difference in
your weight really shows! You have to have lost about 100 lbs too.
