In my opinion this is going to be your best bet. I have been using it for
20+ years and they also offer support lines where medical professionals can
call with questions about you allergies and or conditions.... I never take
mine off

I got one from eBay ... Inexpensive and allowed seven lines of text with 25
characters per line. It has my name, "RNY 05/02/08," "NO
NGTUBE/NSAIDS," my surgeon's name, "ICOE" for In Case of
Emergency with my sister's name and number, and "ORGAN DONOR" at
the bottom. I got two of them for $6.99 plus sales tax (since the seller
and both live in CA - and the shipping was free) ... I don't like wearing
it, so it's in my wallet, in front of my driver's license. The second one
will go in my pocket anytime I go someplace where I won't be carrying my
purse.

My husband ordered mine on E-bay. It's not fancy, just the basic id
bracelet.
