Sorry, I pressed the wrong button. I am trying to read up on hair loss,
because I've started to loose mine. I admit at first I wasn't taking in
enough protein, but now that I am I am still loosing my hair. I hope it
slows down. Any comments?
Thanks, A. Sifuentes

Hi, I also has the same problem, it took me 2 yrs to find out that I could
have save all the problems much sooner. I take 2 of the Biotin Pills (1000
mg) in the morning, and my hair is back to normal and the shine is
beautiful once again. Everyone tells me how beautiful my hair looks again,
and even better then before. Don't walk,RUN to the nearest Drugstore and
pick it up, and cry NO MORE.
Good Luck, {{Carol}}

from what i understand the problem is: once your hair starts to fall out
the damage has been done. they told me that if you don't get in your
protein at first then at like 3 months your hair will fall out- in other
words it takes a few months to start shedding. but if you have increased
your protein then it should start to slow down and have regrowth. i have
heard that Biotin and Silica supplements also help. there is a special
shampoo developed for cancer pt's called Nioxin that is supposed to be
really helpful too. Good Luck, hope this helps... Holly
