hi, I take the ibupropen prescription 800 mg's and they are a huge pill. I
am sure you will be fine. I am 3 1/2 years post-op. I know we are noit
suppose to be taking asprin but ibupropen is the only thiing that will
alleviate a migraine when I get them. Best of Luck!! [email protected],

Just a note: aspirin and ibuprophen are different drugs. Ibuprophen is an
anti-inflammatory which is bad for gastric bypass whereas aspirin is a
painkiller which is not an anti-inflammatory. I should know the difference
as I am allergic to anti-inflammatories (they can cause the throat to swell
and breathing to cease).

Accually, Aspirin is an anti-inflamitory, just different from Ibuprofen.
Aspirin is a pretty remarkable drug. I have heard that if it were to come
out in this day and age it would definately be a precription drug. As to
your question.....I can't stand to take pills, like vitamins. All mine are
chewables, we are all different....good luck!
