There are several things that you can try, If you own your home you can try to take a 2nd out on it. Borrow against a 401K if you have one. It's not worth it to go into hock for this...I'd search for a plastic surgeon who would do the work for free, perhaps you can contact Discovery Health and see if they'd help you.
