YES. we use totake it but it has a high citrus and gave us all tummy achs. Some meds say no citrus so check yours before you take it.

You can have 100% natural juices ... for instance grapefruit, unsweetend pineapple, AppleJuics.. But it has to be 100% Flo

I've been taking the Juice Plus since surgery 5/05 and done just fine.
