CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH A DENIAL WITH UHC OPTION PPO

What was the reason for the denial?

I have UHC Options PPO. If you have an exclusion in your policy........you are fighting a losing battle. My employer would not budge with the exclusion. I even hired a lawyer and she gave me my money back. I used my husbands insurance (my secondary) with no problems.

read the exclusion carefully, does it exclude co-morbidties. thats usually how i get around them for clients. It cant be perfectly worded.
