Question:
DOES ANYONE HAVE UNITED HEALTH CARE PPO IN LOUISIANA AND WAS APPROVED FOR SURGERY ?

I have United Healthcare PPO insurance and was approved with the first request to them from my doctor's office. They asked for no additional information and it took about 2 weeks for an approval. I've also known other people with United Healthcare and they also were approved with no problems at all.
