Hi Beverly. I see Dr Rosenthal out of the Cleveland Clinic in Weston, FL.
He's a fantastic surgeon and has a wonderful bedside manner. Here's some
info on him there for you to check on things. According to the listing of
Dr Rosenthal on this site, he does take United, but call and be sure.

Here is his listing here on this site:
I had surgery with Dr. Perez (one of Dr. Marema's associates) on 12-10-02.
Dr. Perez accepts United Healthcare. I have United Heathcare PPO+ and my
copay for the surgeon was only $500. Including the program fee required by
US Bariatrics, the psychological evaluation, and the hospital copay/fees, I
paid less than $2000 out of pocket. Dr. Perez performed my surgery
Laproscopicly & he did a great job! Just incase you want to know, my
starting stats were: 207 lbs, 5'2", 28 yrs old. As of today, 2-13-03,
my stats are: 164 lbs, still 5'2" and still 28 yrs old. Good luck!
