Question:
Please give me some ideas for pureed meats that are good.I need

Well, during my pureed stage I would puree tuna and canned chicken breast.
I would just keep a little of the juice in, add some LF mayo (about 1/4
tsp) and some dill relish and a splash of salt. I'd just throw it in the
blender until it was easy to eat. It was fine, it just tasted and looked
like the deli type of tuna/chicken salad. One can would last two meals and
that's 20+ grams of protein! Good luck!

I used to puree lasagna. just kinda take some of the noodles out, more
room for protein. But you get the protein from the meat and the cheese
that way. It was pretty good too. Word of wisdom....dont even try to
puree pork....EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
