well quick diet uh..though i don't reccomend quick diets but i understand
your deliema....have you ever heard of detoxic drinks? these are products
that you have to consume maybe for a day or 2 or a week ...you can't eat
anything when you are detoxing this product basically cleans out your
system and its not harmful and you lose weight....gnc or any health stores
probably carry a variety of detoxification products.....hope it helps

Liquid protein fast may be the quickest route. My surgeon told me to lose
15 lbs. prior to my upcoming surgery. Sincer that time, I have gained five.
Sadly, I may not be able to comply. It is "mental" with me, but I
was the same weight for many months until he told me that. I need to take
responsibility for what I put into my mouth and I need to start it now.I
keep hearing that this surgery takes away the hunger for at least six
months. I worry for after the six months too. Good luck.

My doctor has a pre-op diet that I was on for 6 weeks prior to surgery. It
is very simple-800 calories a day.
Slimfast for breakfast (220 calories)
Healthy Choice for lunch (300 calories or less)
Lean Cuisine for dinner (300 calories or less)
Only snack is veggies (carrots, broccoli type)
Not a fun diet but darned effective, it seems you get enough calories that
your metabolism doesn't "shut down", but very important that you
walk-walk-walk to keep that metabolism up!
Whatever you have to endure to get the surgery is SOOOO WORTH IT!
Good Luck!
