Question:
Is there anyone from Georgia that has had WLS with the help of Vocational Rehab.?
I am 29 years old. I stand 5'1" and weigh 255lbs. I have hypertension, fibromyalgia, a sleep disorder,my bladder leaks, hypoglocemia (controled by diet)and my back and knees kill me all the time. I have had 12 surgeries in my short 29 years. I have tried every weight loss plan there is and only regained the weight and some extra pounds with it. Due to my health I find it very hard to hold a job for very long. I am a hard worker but I am always having to be out for health reasons. I would like to check on a program that the Vocational Rehab. has to help people that health prevents them from holding down gainful employment. I can not find a doctor that works with the Vocational Rehab. in the state of Georgia. My insurance goes into effect on Oct. 1st 2000 BUT they do not cover anything to have to do with weight loss even if it is life threating. Please if there is anyone from the state of Ga. out there that the Vocational Rehab. has helped I need your help. email me and tell me where to start so that I can look forward to my future.with lots of love and thanks. e-mail [email protected] — Candice L.
