Question:
I have a consultation with Dr. Reines and I need to know if someone knows him?

My consultation is on July 26th and one of my greatest concerns is how is he like and how is the care at the Newton Wessley Hospital I live in Worcester and there is a Dr. here that does the lap surgery but I don't like the Memorial Hospital to much.    — AIDA M. (posted on June 21, 2000)

Dr. Reines performed my RNY three weeks ago. He is a fantastic surgeon and a really nice guy - a little on the quiet, intellectual side. I could not have been more satisfied with my choice of a surgeon. I corresponded with other patients who all say the same. Newton Wellesley hospital is a beautiful hospital and the care there is outstanding. Occasionally, when the nurses are really busy you might have to ring a second time to remind them to bring something that they forgot, but they are really busy sometimes. I was very satisfied with the entire program that Dr. Reines runs at Newton-Wellesley. The hospital is right off the Mass Pike - very easy to get to.
