I am four months out and have lost 100 lbs. I eat five meals a day, every
three hours. I eat 3oz(measuring cup) of protein and 1 oz(measuring cup) of
veggies or fruit. I eat any kind of lean meat, turkey, chicken, beef,
pork(no ham), tuna, canned salmon, fish, eggs, greek yogurt, cottage
cheese. And I don't eat it bland I love to cook so I make the healthiest
meals I can. It all works for me. Good luck!

I had a lap band on Dec 8 and I have lost 37 pounds so I am averaging about
3.3 pounds a week I have only had 1 cc added to my 10 cc band. I eat approx
1200 cals aday with a min of 60 grams of protein I eat pretty mauch teh
same supper as my family just alot smaller portions I use a bread plate and
eat no more than 1 cup of food if it where blended I no longer have to
blend my food so a typicla meal could be 4-6 ounces of salmon or chicken
and a cup of brussel sprouts or 1 cup cooked pasta and 1/2 cup of sauce. I
am never hungery. Recently I started eating a higher in calorie breakfast
with hemp hearts and having only a coffee for my morning snack lol. I then
eat lunch. My doc does not want us to lose more than 2 pounds a week to
give the excess skin on our bodies a chance to adjust. I would love to be
down more weight but it has been consistent and i do not feel deprived or
hungry yet:)
