There's absolutely nothing to guaranteee this. Nothing. Take two
centrums, a good biotin, b-complex, b-12 sublingual, 1500mgs calcium
citrate, iron and C, and protein (at least 60-75g -- try for 80-90g)

I use Opti-Source bariatric vitamins. They are orange chewable and you take
4 throughout the day. My labs have always been perfect. I am 1 1/2 years
out. They have cut me back to 3 a day now. All the vitamins that you need
are in this one vitamin. I get them either on line or Walgreens carries
them. Make sure that you are getting all your protein in, otherwise your
hair will start to fall out

was told to get the biotin 5000 from gnc thats the highest one they have
and also get btn 80-100 grams of protein a day. a good way is to take an
isopure drink from gnc and put one scoop of the unflavored unjury in it
thats 60 grams by itself and drink it thru out the day not all at once then
just eat the other 20-40. the biotin and protein is all you can really do
for hair.

My surgeon's office recommends the Bariatric Advantage Multi-Vitamins. You
can get them directly from the Bariatric Advantage company and they will
drop the shipping charges if you allow them to ship you a three month's
supply automatically and charge it to your credit card. That's what I
do...then I never have to worry about running out, because THEY do all the
keeping track. I take 5000 mcg (5 mg) of biotin, and I eat around 100-120
grams of protein a day for my hair, but I also use a salon product called
Nioxin (shampoo, conditioner, and scalp treatment) for encouraging
re-growth). It's expensive, though, and I'm not sure I see much
improvement. My hair has always been baby-fine and a little thin,
anyways... so it's hard for me to tell except by judging the amount of hair
I find in the shower drain after my shower....and although I had a few
weeks where I shed enough hair to clog the drain and not let the water
drain out, lately the hair loss has been negligible. So, your best bet -
LOTS of protein, every day (REALLY STRESS THIS), take your Biotin, and make
sure you're getting your B-12 in, too. Well, you should make sure you're
getting ALL your vitamins, including the calcium citrate (I buy TwinLabs at
either the Vitamin Shoppe, the Vitamin Cottage, or GNC).

My doctor indicated that the hair loss would come from lack of protein -not
the vitamins. So,, with that being said, i'm 6 weeks out, have lost 53.5
lbs and here's what I take.
2 chewable Flinstone Vitamins
1500 mg of Calcium Citrate (Bariatric advantage)
1000 IU Vitamin D
1000 IU of Vitamin B12
*** for Protein, I buy "Pure Protein" shakes at Trader Joe's (35
grams in 12 oz can and they taste great!) I take two a day 70 grams and
during the day I sip on 15 gram fruit drinks (Wild Berry or peach mango
from Pro-15ti) I've had NO issues with hairloss at all !
Good luck and congrats on your upcoming wedding !

Andrea said it all in her response to your question. Make sure you have
that protein and water. Plus wait 30 minutes before and after you eat to
drink liquids, this is a life time routine.

The context of my comments: we sell the only multivitamin, one with no
ingredients nor raw materials from China. We believe that being able to
trace the ingredients back to their sources, and being sure they are high
quality sources, is essence of quality.
Virtually all multi brands source ingredients from China.
We don't believe you can get consistent quality, and keep the risk of
deliberate adulteration low, with ingredients from China.
