I had an amazing response to the last topic "5 years out...".

The response I received was amazing.I kept checking my post to see if I would get even one response.And, I agree with all of the comments and advice from the oldies.As far as the nebbies you too will be successful.I am not perfect and I eat whatever I want, nut there is a such thing as personal satisfaction.I recently saw my plastic surgeon for a brachioplasty.I've always had large arms and they are still too big to wear the nice maxi dresses.Anyone at stage 2 of their surgery and had insurance pay.I have alot of questions and advice so respond about anything.    — Consuella G.
