I'm not familiar with him, but please be cautious in any foreign country. You won't be able to follow up with him unless you live there for the next year or two. If you live in El Paso Del Norte, you could manage it. Mexico has a good medical school in Mexico City, and quite a few American doctors have trained there. It's sometimes hard for them to get a place in a school here. I wish you luck, and again, please, use caution, Mexico hasn't got all of the safeguards we have to protect you. Dusty @};-
