I have had the same problem. After about 2 mths. I guess I got smaller down
there too.. because EVERY act caused me to bleed.. blood everywhere. doctor
said it was that I don't produce enough natural moisture. Use a lube.. but
not enough ky in the world.. finally found some stuff called wet from
walgreens. works wonders. I had my surgery jan 23 and I am down 90lbs hope
that helps.

Well I had that problem 2 ways. When I lost over 150 pounds--sex started
hurting me (with my ex boyfriend). Then when I met my husband--he was
overweight and sex didn't hurt. Then he lost over 200 pounds and now he
hurts me!! I think the fat makes it hard to get really close to one
another. But I almost miss the enjoyable sex (don't get me wrong it is
mostly enjoyable--but sometimes it HURTS). And I agree with the other
poster about lack of natural moisturizers (I have to use KY as well--but
still hurts). I know my husband since losing weight has tripled in size
down there too!!! YIKES

I work in the sexual health industry and would like to recommend specific
lubricants, if I may. There are many to choose from, but it is worth
considering a WATER-based lubricant if you have a tendancy to get sore or
hurt with intercourse. Lubricants, such as KY Jelly, are oil or silicone
based and cause additional friction and can cause additional soreness. The
advantage to an oil-based lubricant is it will last longer, the
disadvantage is it can be irritating (even with first use). Water based
lubricants require you to be a bit more generous and apply more often, but
they are a gift to your sensitive skin. Consider a water-based in any of
the major brands, or my personal recommendations are ID Glide and Maximus
(a bit harder to find). Both of these formulations are long-lasting and
silky smooth, making them feel a bit more like an oil-based. (To the
previous poster ... Wet ain't too bad either, but look for their
water-based version.) Go to cheaplubes.com if you prefer to order online
and have a huge variety to choose from.
Additionally, sometimes pain is caused by the angle. Please visit
www.liberator.com for the absolute best in enhancement objects. The shapes
and furniture manufactured by Liberator is fantastic in both quality and
design. Angled for those who cannot seem to get comfortable, experience
pain or are somewhat handicapped by flexibility, injuries and/or weight.
Pay particular attention to the ramp and wedge items and since you will be
using lubricants, the Fascinator Throe. You will not be disappointed in
any other their products.
I am willing to answer any questions you might have or guide you along the

Hi... While the weight loss and subsequent drying issues related to hormone
shifts can be the cause of your pain. Please don't forget to get checked
out by your GYN doctor as there are certain infections that can cause you
to have pain during intercourse. These are easily corrected with abx.
These infections range from the STDs to vaginosis, vaginitis, etc.. some
can remain dormant for months and then flare up... so just see your doctor
to rule out a more serious, but treatable cause to your pain.

I had / have the same problem. So glad you asked on here,,, there were
many good answers. I have been using ky to help and trying new positions.
(((blushing))) I did ask my OBGYN and he told me it was normal for losing
a large amount of weight.

Thanks for all the different answers I will def have to try to get some
lubricant see if that works. I just went to the obgyn and everything came
back fine so that is out of the question. I just noticed that there is no
pain in a few positions and others are out of the question. Like I said ill
have to try out your suggestions and see how it works. Thanks again
