Question:
bodybuilding
I had surgery 2 years ago and still have 40 pounds to lose. I work out 4-6 days a week, so I have alot of muscle mass. I had a Breast lift and implants in march 2004, and am schedules for a tummy tuck and rhinoplasty april 21. I would love to compete as a master bodybuilding level, 42 years of age and would like to know if any one out there has competed after bypass surgery and after a tummy tuck. Thanks alot! — DEBRA C. I can compete in my age group if I wanted. I have been advised to compete
and have been asked to be on Oprah recently (I just can't make that silly
tape they want!) You can see me flexed on www.picturetrail.com/carolg_il.
My GB was almost 4 years ago and I have lost 155 lbs and live about 5 lbs
under goal. I lift 3x a week and do treadmill work 4 to 5x a week. Good
luck and don't give up. It is a wonderful goal to reach for and it has
changed my life as much as the surgery has!
