Question:
HAS ANYONE HAD A BODY WRAP DONE AT A DAY SPA SETTING TO HELP WITH EXCESS SKIN???

A body wrap really only takes out fluid. The results lasts for about 1
day. If you were going out and trying to squeeze into a tight dress it
might help. It is only temporary.

I agree with the previous posters. I don't mean this to come off rude, but
I'm afraid it will. Use common sense...slathering your body in lotions and
wrapping yourself up in saran wrap isn't going to shrink skin that has been
stretched beyond it's capacity for who knows how long. I wish it were
true...but no.

Hi. I would avoid a body wrap in the case of surgery as mentioned.
Otherwise the posters are all right...it just squeezes out fluid
temporarily. Will not help with loose skin. A good lymphatic massage is a
great help after surgery...I include these after surgery for my patients in
our own spa. We have all heard the phony weight loss claims on TV,
etc...sadly the spa indusry makes a lot of claims that can also be
misleading.
