HAS ANYONE EVER GOTTEN APPROVED WITH DGA(DIVERSIFIED GROUP ADMINISTRATORS) INSURANCE?

Teresa, Many insurances cover this procedure if an argument can be made for medical necessity. I know of a facility that has been been able to get DGA to approve this in the past. Please email me if you would like more information. As far as leaving your state, it is more likely the policy will allow you to do so if it is a PPO or POS, as these plans typically have out of network benefits.
