Question:
Is there anyone that has BC/BS of Alabama PPO that is fight denials out there? I

I got approved from BCBS of Alabama,PPO in under an hour. I think if you are 100pounds overweight it is a breeze.

Are you sure that they did not cahnge the requirements in your state to a BMI to 35 I have bcbsfl ppo they changed thier requirements in May it seems right after the NH made the report on high blood pressure and overweight americans make sure they did or didnt change requirements it depends who u talk to in cust. serv. too b/c alot of times when I talked to mine they did not know that thier own policy changed they also changed the supr. diet from 12 mths. to 6 mths. GOOD LUCK AND DONT GIVE UP THATS WHAT THEY WANT U TO DO.....

I have BCBS/AL PPO and was approved after my first denial. You have to be persistent! As long as your BMI is 35 or greater and you have co-morbid conditions, they should approve you. Good luck! ;-)
