Has anyone used Dr. Alexander in Cincinnati ?

I do not have Dr Alexander but I have Dr Matthews who is in with Alexander. After you send in your packet they will call you with an appointment to see the nurse practicioner, Kimberly Cain. They will take care of submitting your information to the insurance company after that appointment.
