I need a copy of a letter that Walter Lindstrom wrote for someone?

I do not think you can do that..People pay to have Walter Lindstrom write
those letters. I am sure there is a legal issue with using it..even if you
took his name off of it.It is not a great deal of money to pay him..and
then you have his services for follow-up also.

I dont think that she wanted to plagerize (blew the sp on that one)Mr.
Lindstroms work. She just wants an idea of how he tackles these things so
she will have an idea of what kind of defence she can put up for herself
and avoid the whole attorney thing. Sounds like a smart idea to me...

Ahhh Terri, From checking Carla's page I see you are her Unofficial
angel!Lucky her to have someone helping her through this. I did not know
why Carla wanted the letter..makes sense that she wanted to use it in her
appeal process..I just wanted to let her know that she must be careful
about using someone else' words..especially a Lawyer ;) Have you posted to
the message board asking for help with appeals..I know there are a few
people that have their websites with tons of appeal stuff..I am not sure of
names..maybe Leeanne Krause? Anyway, I was denied then had to appeal to my
husbands Human resources department to get approved (self-insured company)
so I know what you are going through. If you get no help from the message
board..feel free to e-mail me.I can give you a list of things that I
presented to get approved. Keep at it, it will happen for you.

I agree with everyone else, Walter and Kelley Lindstrom deserve the respect
from all those he has helped including myself. His letter worked immediatly
and it was worth every cent. Be patient with them they are very busy and
dont risk trying to circumnavigate them, it could mean the difference
between getting the surgery or not...Greg
