What are Protein Bullets

It is a concentrated fruit-flavored protein drink in a bullet-shaped plastic container (looks kinda like a giant test tube). You can get them in 25 grams and 42 grams of protein. They are considered clear liquid, but are a little thick, similar to jello after you stir the cold water in and mix it for a few minutes. They are also very tart. I couldn't drink them by themselves, but they went really good in a large cup of fruit-flavored herbal tea. The bullets (at least those from the New Whey company), come in Orange, Grape, Tropical Fruit, and Blue Raspberry. I used both the Orange and the Tropical Fruit in my Tangerine Orange Zinger tea, and the Tropical Fruit and the Blue Raspberry in my Wild Berry Zinger tea. They are almost sweet enough that I didn't have to add extra - but I put in one packet of Splenda, anyway. And they gave the tea a real nice zing. When I quit drinking the bullets, I really missed the zing in my tea.... it tasted kinda bland. Hope this helps. You can get the bullets online, but they're also pretty easy to find at your local Vitamin Shoppe or GNC.

i think they're great. I just dilute them with a little water. I found them at Walmart.

My nutritionist told me that these are not good quality protein.They are collegan and they should be whey.They will probably not hurt you but,whey is the best.Isopure has whey in it and you can find it at GNC,It comes in alot of flavors.

Theseare not a good quality protein and are expensive if you consider they are mostly water. It's too bad because we need a decent whey protein like this.
