I had the VBG on Halloween and I was back taking Flexeril about one month
later. I have had no problem. I take 2 a night for neck and back pain.

I take Soma 3 times a day. RNY was 8/28 and I was back on it as soon as I
could swallow the pills.

I had RNY on July 9 2008 and I have always taken flexeril except for the 2
days I was in the hospital and they gave me a muscle relaxer via IV/shot. I
am not sure what I would do without it, since I can no longer take celebrex
or other things like that. I have had some decrease in pain since the
surgery( I have R.A.) but I find that I am hurting differently in other
places so I guess it has something to do with how I am carrying my weight.

Personally I think Norflex works better but stay away from the high buffer
content ones like Skelaxin. Really causes upset pouch.
