You need to talk with your Dr and work with a nutrientist (sp)
We have a girl in our Support Group theat did this and is now doing fine
now that she has learned what to eat and how much....if you start with
those bad habits....it is hard to get rid of them....Talk to your Dr.

Don't start the bad habits again. start strength training and build muscle
it is heavier you have probably been burning fat and now starting on
muscles so strength train to build muscles. try drinking muscle milk its a
little higher in fat and calories not good for loosing to much weight but
good for maintance and isn't near as bad for you as fries

I'd avoid french fries--yes, lots of calories, but also lots of fat. Even
if you've never had a weight problem, too much fat (even the
"good" fat) is bad for you, raises cholesterol, clogs arteries,
that sort of thing. High caloric foods tend to have lots of sugar, salt,
and preservatives, and not a lot of vitamins/minerals/fiber/etc....
Whether you've got a weight problem or not, most of these foods are not
good for you and should be eaten in moderation and not be used to gain
weight.
Healthy high calorie foods: cheese, nuts, oil based salad dressings,
avacado, fruit (regular, juice, or dried), fortified dairy products (add
powdered milk into regular milk, yogurt, coffee, cassaroles, anything you
can think of, same thing with protein powder--mix it into everything),
whole grain breads and pastas, carnation instant breakfast, protein powder,
BeneProtein, starchy vegetables like corn, peas, squash, baked potatoes,
sweet potatoes, etc.
I would suggest going on to fitday or some other calorie counting website
and log what you eat for several days... measure stuff out and find out
how many calories you are getting. It's very easy to over/under-estimate
how much we are eating.
Have you ever had any problems with your thyroid or any family members with
problems?
Other than the weight loss, are you feeling alright? Having any symptoms?
How is your appetite?
When you have a bowel movement, does your poop float? If so, this can be a
sign of malabsorption---which you should not be experiencing with the lap
band.
It's wonderful that you've been successful in losing weight, but not being
able to stop, especially if you have not had any fills, makes me concerned
that you are losing for reasons other than the lap band.
PLEASE find some way to get checked out... even if its just a free clinic.
Best wishes.
