Has anyone been approved using DMC Care through the Department of Human Services?

I receive my health insurance (DMC Care) through the Department of Human Services in Detroit, MI. Has anyone ever tried to get approval for the lap band procedure or gastric bypass through them?    — HEYMISSLADY (posted on December 31, 2006)
