This is a question you should speak to your dietician about. They know
exactly what you need

I know at 4 weeks post-op I was still on soft foods. You really need to
contact your doctor or dietician and ask them. Raw veggies are hard to
digest and may be too much for your pouch to handle. Shelly

Hi! At 4 weeks, I was on soft foods and it was recomended that I stay away
from raw veggies and salad, as your pouch id still healing. Did you get a
WLS Bible? Mine has in it, what we should be eating, at what stage we are
in. Everyone is different, but you may need to talk with your Doctor and
Dietician.
Hang in there, Normie

I think I am supposed to be easing into soft foods at 4 weeks. I think it
might be a while before we'll be able to tolerate it. Ask your dietition

Most surgeons/dieticians seem to say no veggies until 6 weeks, and mine
said they should be steamed even then. But like everyone else said, you
should check with yours.
