ARE ANY HUNGRY ALL THE TIME FOR JUST SOMETHING IN YOUR MOUTH/
I HAVEE HAD A WT PROBLEM MOST OF MY LIFE. THE PAST MO I'VE BEEN HUNGRY A LOT. I DON'T EAT ALL THE TIME, I AM ALSO DISABLED. I HAVE CA IN REMISSION, I NEED A SWIFT KICK IN THE YOU KOOW WHAT. I JUST NEED SOME ENCOURAGEMENT. I HAD AN OPEN RNY JUNE 2 HAVE LOST 45 LBS. I AM HAVING TROUBLE WITH ENOUGH WATER AND PROTEIN HELP ME PLEASE.THANKS I AM 57 AND I HAD A GBP 15 YRS AGO AND THE WT JUST FELL OFF. I WORKED AS AFULL TIME RN IN THODE DAYS. Hell there: If the problem is staying hungrey - do what I did and increase
your protein intake with protein shakes - my nutritionist also cj=hanged my
meal plan. If you would like me to send you a copy just let me

Sometimes I just have to recharge my battery so I eat like 1/2 c. of light
yogurt and my head hunger goes away. I think you should give in to the
cravings with a "pellet" of food. Get your mind off of it so
have something very small.

When I get into that compulsive hand to mouth mode, I keep
a bottle of water or Crystal Lite in the hand so I sip
instead of nibble. Good Luck!
