Hi, I found that if I upped my calories for a week to 1200 a day then
dropped them down to 800-900 a day I started loosing weight again.

I must say I really never had that problem. However, my Dr. didn't allow
carbs until I lost 75% of my weight. My NUT said that some patients
continued that way until they lost all of their weight.
I have the oppostie problem now, I keep losing. I am now underweight. I
only eat complex carbs.
I hope this helps, good luck my sister.

I can understand your fustration. I'm just starting to get out of my
plateau now (I've been in since April). I don't know if it will but but
what helped me was concentrating more on protein, fruits, and vegetables.
And severely limiting my carbs to 2 servings of a high fiber (3 or more
grams per serving) bread, pasta, or cereal a day. Plus, drink the water and
excercise. Good luck!!!!!!!!!! Also, your body is readjusting after losing
all that weight.
