Hi Lisa, You will hit plateaus every now and again. I actually was about
that far out when i plateaued out at losing 36lbs. then at 4mths out i
stayed the same weight for about the whole month. we are just excited to
see the weight drop and want to see that each week we dont sit back and
think that it is normal. dont let it get to you. I am now 1 year and 4mths
out and down 130 lbs. I actually lost a few more pounds then my goal
weight, just do as the doctor told you and you will be fine!!! good luck
and best wishes.

Congratulations on this new journey! My surgery was a day before you, I do
not own a scale and was at dr. 3 weeks ago and was weighed then, my return
back to dr. will be Nov. right before Thanksgiving this way when I return
it will be by surprise how much I loosed. You are better off having the
pounds come off slowly because it helps with less skin. Good luck with
everything. Don't worry about the numbers on the scale it's how you feel.

I don't know what type surgery you had or your beginning BMI. But you will
hit plateaus thru the first year. I had two that lasted 3 months each.
Though the scales did not move the tape measure did.. I was shrinking down
to the loss. Now I am almost two years out and have lost 109 lbs. My start
weight was 224 (a light weight) Now I bounce between 115-118. It'll happen,
just stay on track. Good luck!
