Medically speaking, it could be several things; however, as it is related

Yup! That's it! Non-Scale Victory - something like a co-worker telling
you that you look fabulous, or you can ditch the seat belt extender. It's
good stuff that has nothing to do with the number on the scales.

Non Scale Victories like not having to fly first class unless you want to,
no longer being able to dam up the front and back of the bathtub with your
butt and being able to reach all areas of your body for personal hygiene,
etc. Fitting into a certain pair of jeans, compliments and the like.

I used to call them Alleluia moments! I remember mine came when I went to
my PCP and the nurse didn't have to run around looking for the large cuff
to take my blood pressure!
