There is a pregnancy after WLS forum here.
Go there and ask this.

Yes, the surgery can be done over. Your looking for a revision. I had
Lap-RNY in 01, then Open-RNY 03 and 3 months after that surgery got
pregnant, son was born Oct. 04..
Dec. 19,07 they went back in and re-did the Open-RNY. Good Luck. But just
talk with your surgeon.

Ok I am going to say this nicely. I was pregnant 14 mths after surgery
gained 60 pounds and have lost all of it but 15. Your surgery is a tool
you can use it and do things correctly and not have to have surguries
again. It is self will. Do not feed yourself to death. Eat what you are
suppose to and you will be ok. Be determined to do your best and what you
are suppose to do, diet, excerise.
do the 25 fat, 100 carb, 900 calories-1200 calories which is about 1 year
outl.
If you are not 1 year out then you are consuming less calories. And if you
are not then you need to cut back and consentrate on the tool they gave you
the first time.

Please believe me, you do not need to have the surgery again, or to have it
re-done. The surgery is still there and functioning and working. Because of
your pregnancy, your weight loss will probably be slower than people who
are not pregnant, however the weight loss will happen little by little. You
need to consult your surgeon and an Obstetrician now that you are pregnant,
about how much you should be eating at one time, how often you should eat,
what you should eat, and what vitamins you should be taking. You need to be
careful not to eat too much and stretch out your surgery, yet you need
enough nutrition to support the baby - again, you need to consult Doctors.
Be sure to sip, sip, sip water or Crystal Light in between meals to stay
hydrated. Dehydration is a very common problem post-surgery because people
do not keep sipping water in between meals as they are supposed to. Best
wishes.
