I pureed all my food during that phase, I had bought a food processer. For my chicken I would cook it in the cream chicken soup and the when it was done I would take the breast out and cut it into chunks and put it in the processor. I would take a little bit of the cream soup and add to the chicken while it was in the processor. The vegtable I would just add a little water. For my Turkey breast I cook it in broth and for the processing I just added a little broth. Then I would save a little bit of the gravy and/or cream soup to put on top of the pureed meat when I re heated the left overs for my next meal. Hope that helps you.

KFC mashed potatoes & gravy or egg drop soup from a chinese restaurant. There's a great recipe for egg custard at http://www.bariatriceating.com/sweets1.html#vanillaegg - it tastes really good and slides down real easy. Another recipe that was good (and the rest of the family will like too) is white chicken chili (I pureed my portion in the blender) ; get the recipe here: http://www.bariatriceating.com/chandtu1.html#whitechicken#whitechicken. Hope this helps, Marsha

I bought gerber organics baby food and as I could handle it better I upped the phase in the baby food. I started in phase one then after a month went to phase 2 and so on. YOu can find these in any grocery store. I have done well no dumping or anything also lost 88.5 lbs in 3 mths. Good luck and you will be in my prayers.
