Question:
what kinds of exercise would you recommend to tighten tummy, arms and legs?
I need some helpful encouragement on exercise- I'm in a rut and can't seem to get into a normal exercise pattern. cassie-Missouri — mary_cassie (posted on December 22, 2006)

I am 12 weeks post ost op & have started to use weights to tighten my
muscles, I walk 20-30 minutes a day at lunch & I have started to tighen
my muscles when i walk.. Its hard to remember but i try. I also swim 2 days
per week I just walk the pool with a kick board in my hands under the
water. it has alot of resistance for the arms...& i pick up my legs as
high as i can almost like i am running. hope this helps.. But i am also up
for more suggestions for myself....best of luck......
