Question:
Has anyone every tried NSL chewable calcium citrate?
I just ordered a bottle of 120 (4 = 1,000 mg) for 9.99 (+4.99 s&h) from vitacost.com. There are twice as many dosages as the Twinlab chewables for only 2.00 more per bottle. I have not tried either brand yet. They have the flavor listed as orange-vanilla. Anyone tried one or both and can advise on taste/palatability? Shannon L. — skileysc (posted on February 4, 2006)

Ive tried ALL the chewable citrates. The only ones I found even remotely
'doable' for me, since Im really sensitive to vitamin taste is Solary brand
chewables. Hopefully you'll like your's.

I LOVE the Twinlab chewable calcium citrate wafers. They remind of big
sweet tarts. I could use anything now as I can swallow pills...and pills
would be cheaper....but I'm hooked on the Twinlabs...I kind of use them as
dessert. 2 after lunch and 2 after dinner.

Nothing chewable takes good to me...I'm 2 weeks post-op. I ordered the
liquid from Bariatriceating.com and the flavor is definately do-able.

Thank you to all those who posted. I received my ESL calcium chewables
today and they are not bad at all. The flavor is supposed to be
orange-vanilla but they taste more vanilla. They certainly are a lot
better than the nasty crushed plain tablets. :)
