I use ISOPURE (ZERO CARBS)and buy it from GNC (General Nutrition Center),
which are usually located in the malls.
You can also order them online. Go to Google and search for ISOPURE. Make
sure it is the ZERO CARBS. ISOPURE has 40 grams of protein in each 20 oz
bottle. It is like drinking Kool-Aid. It has no milk in it. Another good
protein recipe is to mix in a blender the following: 4 cups of skim milk, 1
cup of carnation instant dry milk and 1 packet of carnation breakfast for
the carb conscious. This mixture provides you with 60 grams of protein and
32 oz of fluid. The other 16 to 32 oz of fluid can come from any other
sugar free and carbonation-free drink of your choice. If you choose to
drink ISOPURE with ZERO CARBS, you should drink 4 to 6 oz per day of 100%
real fruit juice (i.e., apple juice)to make sure you are getting some
carbs. It must be 100% fruit juice, no added sugars.

The only protein shake to get is the EAS whey protein shake!!!!!! I was
gagging on all other brands. This one is doable! You can get a tub of it
(I like the vanilla)at Walmart in the health foods section for about $15.
It is fabulous!

You'll get a LOT of different opinions on this one.......we all have
individual tastes and what is good to one of us might make someone
nauseous. I personally LOVE the fuzzy navel nectar mixed with any flavor of
crystal lite. I mix a bottle of it and put it in the freezer for about 45
minutes to an hour and it is just like sherbet. YUMMY. I ordered mine from
BariatricEating.com this go round because it was on sale.

Unjury from www.unjury.com. All 3 flavors taste wonderful. Well, one is
unflavored and has no taste. All mix wonderful and the service is the best.
You can also order samples. :)

My favorite is E.A.S. Strawberry Cream Carb Sense and Cafe Latte ($10.00
for 4). I also like the Pure Pro pina colada ($3.50). I get both at The
Vitamin Shoppe.

This is a little late but I REALLY like th EAS AdvantEdge Coffee House
drinks. You can find them at Wal-Mart. They have 3 flavors- all good.
15g/11oz, 110 calories. You can get a 4 pack for less than $5.00. Tastes
just like cold Cuppacino. I also found the Strawberry and Peach flavors of
Designer Whey (ready to drink) pretty good too (also at Wal-Mart). They
are a little pricer though. And if you tolerate skim milk OK that has 8g
/8oz. I drink 32oz skim milk daily, that meets half of the liquid and
protien needs my Dr. required post op. Hope this helps....

ProBlend55, Alpine Vanilla. It's yummy! You can find it at
WWW.Vitalady.com She'll send samples of her protein powders, for a cheap
price, so you can try them and find one that you like. I like the vanilla,
because I add fruit and yogurt and it's yummy. there are lots of great
tasting proteins out there. Just try them until you find one that you
like!
