Question:
Has anyone used Lindora to qualify for CIGNA's 6 mo. requirement?

UPDATE: I saw my PCP today and also stopped by Smart Dimensions. They both said to file for an Independent Medical Review with the Department of Managed health Care. If you are asking if anyone has tried Lindora... I did about 2x. First time I lost 50lbs in 2 months...but the second you go off the weight comes back. The second time I lost about 30...again it came back. It is a high protein diet, very restrictive on the carbs and I had to take shots... it did work for me in my insurance approval as a documented weight loss attempt as you are seen by a doc ( I had tricare though) I hope this helps :) Tara 257/138/125
